Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

1. Service

Zap User is an AI assistant for application management services (AMS), hypercare and SAP/non-SAP projects, provided by (to be defined) to the customer. It answers questions, analyzes incidents, drafts documents and recommends solutions.

2. Artificial intelligence models

The service uses generative AI models from more than one provider (currently including Anthropic Claude; other providers may be added with prior notice). Content you send is processed by these models to produce answers. We only use providers whose commercial terms do not allow them to train their models on customer data.

3. Dedicated and isolated data

The customer's data is stored in a database dedicated exclusively to the customer, separate from other customers. Credentials for integrated systems are encrypted. Data location: AWS us-east-1 (Virgínia, EUA).

4. What we store

Users (email and role), conversations, uploaded files and generated documents, approvals and an audit trail of actions. Data is kept for the duration of the agreement or until deleted at the customer's request, and AI providers retain data only as defined in their commercial terms.

5. Human oversight

AI answers may contain errors and must be reviewed. Actions that change systems or records require explicit approval by an authorized person. The assistant never applies changes directly to production systems.

6. Your responsibilities

Use the service only for the customer's business purposes, do not share access codes, and avoid sending personal or sensitive data that is not needed for the task.

7. Privacy and data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, such as the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR where applicable, Mexico's LFPDPPP, Canada's PIPEDA and applicable US laws. To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact support@zapuser.com.

8. Changes

When these terms change, a new version will be presented and must be accepted to continue using the service. Version 1.0.
